復(fù)合涂層的微觀組織

摘 要: 用連續(xù)波CO2激光在45#鋼表面熔覆TiC+Ni-Cr-B-Si-C復(fù)合涂層。 微觀組織分析表明: 在熔覆過程中, TiC顆粒表面發(fā)生部分溶解, 當(dāng)凝固時, 重新外延生長出TiCr, 并固溶基體元素; 與純合金涂層相比, 復(fù)合涂層中TiC顆粒的加入導(dǎo)致基體組織為條狀CrB相間分布在Ni固溶體構(gòu)成的羽毛狀簇團(tuán)組織, 并伴有少量的Ni枝晶間Ni+M23C6共晶。

Abstract:A continuous wave CO2 laser was used to clad TiC +Ni-Cr-B-Si-C composite coating on AISI1045 steel substrate. The microstructure of the clad was invest igated. The results showed that TiC particles slightly dissolved within the matrix melt, and the dissolved TiC epitaxially recrystallized on the surface of the remaining TiC particles, in which alloying elements of the matrix were solid solved. As compared with the Ni-Cr-B-Si-C clad, the matrix produced a microstructure of CrB laths distributed in the Ni solid solution and a small amount of Ni + M23C6 eutectic between Ni dendrites after the TiC particles were added.
