摘 要: 研究了化學沉積非晶態(tài)鎳磷合金的組織結(jié)構(gòu)與性能。結(jié)果表明, 隨著沉積層中磷含量的增加, 合金的非晶化趨勢提高, 非晶態(tài)鎳磷合金層的硬度和耐磨性能下降, 且明顯低于晶態(tài)鎳磷合金; 經(jīng)過大于613 K的時效處理, 非晶態(tài)鎳磷合金晶化且有Ni3P生成, 沉積層的硬度和耐磨性得以提高并超過晶態(tài)合金; 非晶態(tài)鎳磷合金經(jīng)過時效處理晶化后且組織結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生變化, 耐腐蝕性能下降, 硬化性能則提高。

Abstract:The microstructure and properties of amorphous nickel phosphorus alloys processed by electroless deposite have been studied. The results show that the amorphous tendency of the alloys rises with phosphorus content, and the hardness and wear resistance decrease, which are obviously lower than that of crystal Ni-P alloy. While the amorphous Ni-P alloys is aged at higher temperature than 613K, they crystallize to precipitate Ni3P, so that the hardness and wear resistance of the coatings incerase and are superior to the crystal alloy; after aging treatment to crystallize , amorphous Ni-P alloys possess lower corrosion resistance and greater hardening properties.
