摘 要: 運(yùn)用電化學(xué)電位調(diào)控浮選理論, 對(duì)方鉛礦-石灰-乙硫氮體系進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明: 在高堿介質(zhì)中, 石灰不僅僅是作為礦漿pH的調(diào)整劑 ,還表現(xiàn)出對(duì)特定的礦漿電位有很好的穩(wěn)定作用,而這一特定的礦漿電位正是方鉛礦的浮選電位;與黃藥相比, 乙硫氮是方鉛礦更好的選擇性捕收劑。 電位調(diào)控浮選在兩個(gè)礦山的生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐表明, 未加閃鋅礦抑制劑, 實(shí)現(xiàn)了鉛鋅鐵硫化礦的有效浮選分離,其中鉛精礦品位分別提高0.73%和1.89%, 鉛的回收率分別提高2.24% 和6 .58%,鋅的回收率分別提高4.63%和4.19%, 同時(shí), 兩個(gè)礦山的每噸原礦藥劑成本均下降1 0元左右。這一研究成果使電化學(xué)調(diào)控捕收劑浮選在生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐中成功應(yīng)用邁出了一步。

Abstract:The flotation electrochemistry of the galena-lime-diethyldithiocarbamate system was studied by theory of potential adjustment flotation. The results showed that, in strong alkaline media, lime was regulator of pH, it could stabilize special potential very well , and this special potential was exactly flotation potential of galena. Diethyldithiocarbamate was more better selective collector than Xanthate on galena. Furthermore the separation practice in Lechang Lead-Zinc Mine, Guangdong, and Beishan Lead-Zinc Mine, Guangxi, showed that, without adding zinc-depressants, lead-zinc-iron sulfide minerals could get effective separation. The grade of lead concentrate were increased by 0.73% and 7.89%, lead recovery were increased by 2.24% and 6.58%, and zinc recovery were increased by 4.63% and 4.19%, respectively. Meanwhile, reagent cost were all decreased by ten Yuan per ton ores in these two mines. It marks that potential adjustment flotation of sulfide minerals has been applied successfully in production practice.
