摘 要: 根據(jù)鋅揮發(fā)窯工藝特點(diǎn)和出口煙塵條件,確定該型余熱鍋爐設(shè)計(jì)需要解決的突出問題是積灰, 其次是腐蝕和磨損; 進(jìn)而給出立式布置、 全懸吊、四道、 自然循 環(huán)鍋爐結(jié)構(gòu)型式的選擇成因, 從低溫防腐要求、蒸汽使用目的以及回收系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性等方面全面論述了余熱鍋爐技術(shù)參數(shù)的確定方法;總結(jié)出鋅揮發(fā)窯余熱鍋爐整體設(shè)計(jì)的功能性和結(jié)構(gòu)性特點(diǎn),并列出鍋爐結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和熱力計(jì)算中一些合理的選擇參數(shù), 指出了設(shè)計(jì)過程中易于忽視的一些問題,推薦了一些重要構(gòu)件的設(shè)計(jì)程序。 還介紹了部分投運(yùn)鋅揮發(fā)窯余熱鍋爐的熱力經(jīng)濟(jì)性。

Abstract:In reference to the design of waste heat boilers of zinc volatilization kilns, the optimum solution to the troublesome problems of dust deposition, corrosion and wearing was determined by the kiln process characteristics and outlet gas conditions. The reasons for the boiler structure selection of the vertical-type, the suspension-type, the 4-stack type and the g, ravity recirculation were expounded. In addition, the methods for the determination of waste heat boiler technical parameters were introduced, in respect of low-temperature corrosion-proof requirements, the aim of steam use and the recovery system technoeconomics. Then the functional and structural features of the overall design of the waste heat boilers, together with a listing of some selection parameters for boiler structure design and thermal calculations were sumed up. Some aspects liable to be neglected in design were pointed out and procedures were recommended for design of some important structural members. Finally, the thermal economics of the waste heat boilers already in operation were offered.
