摘 要: 利用山東微山氟碳鈰精礦添加20%Na2CO3的TG-DTA曲線,采用Freeman- Carroll法和差減微分法熱分析技術, 研究其焙燒反應動力學, 取得了令人滿意的結果。利用TG曲線計算得到的反應表觀活化能E=188.6 kJ/mol, 反應級數n=0.89;利用DTA曲線計算得到的反應表觀活化能E=181.4 kJ/mol , 反應 級數n=0.73。兩種方法計算的結果吻合較好。 同單純氟碳鈰精礦的焙燒反應動力學計算結果相比較,加入Na2CO3使氟碳鈰精礦的焙燒分解反應變得復雜,但可以使反應 的活化能降低,有利于精礦的分解。

Abstract:The roast reaction kinetics of bastnasite concentrate mixed with 20% Na2CO3was studied by means of Freeman-Carroll and Subtractive-Differentiation methods with its TG-DTA spectra. The apparent activation energy and reaction order were 188.6 kJ·mol-1and 0.89 respectively by the TG curve, 181.4 kJ·mol-1 and 0.73 respectively by the DTA curve; these results were almost the same. Compared with the kinetics results of pure concentrate, the decomposition reaction of concentrate consisting of Na2CO3 became more complex, but the reaction activation energy decreased. This decrease was of benefit to decomposition reaction of concentrate.
