摘 要: 采用化學(xué)共沉淀法制備了立方結(jié)構(gòu)的銦錫氫氧化物納米粉。 250℃熱處理后銦錫氫氧化物由晶態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)化為非晶態(tài), 然后隨著溫度升高逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榫哂辛⒎浇Y(jié)構(gòu)的銦錫氧化物納米粉。 600 ℃熱處理1h后粉末粒度為10~20 nm,銦錫質(zhì)量比接近9∶1。 銦錫氧化物顆粒接近球形, 分散性好。

Abstract:Chemical co-precipitaton method was used to prepare indium tin hydroxide with cubic lattice. The cubic crystal structure transformed to amorphous after heat treatment at 250 ℃ for 1 h. When the heat treatment temperature was higher than 280 ℃, the amorphous transformed to indium tin oxide with cubic crystal structure. After heat treatment at 600 ℃ for 1 h, the particle size is 8~20 nm, the mass ratio of In/Sn is near 9∶1, the granules have spherical shape and the dispersity is good.
