摘 要: 以TiCl3為源物質(zhì), 制備了納米級TiO2粉末材料。 通過差熱分析(DTA),X射線衍射(XRD)和透射電鏡(TEM)等實(shí)驗(yàn)手段研究了不同溫度下燒結(jié)的TiO2的形態(tài)和結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明, 采用這一工藝在300 ℃燒結(jié)就可獲得納米金紅石型TiO2,在800℃燒結(jié)其尺寸達(dá)100 nm左右; 形貌分析表明, 制備的金紅石晶粒常見形態(tài)為單形。

Abstract:Nanoscale TiO2 powder materials were prepared using TiCl3 as a source matter. DTA, XRD and TEM were adopted to study the morphologies and structures of TiO2 sintered at various temperatures. The nanoscale rutile-type TiO2 could be easily obtained by sintered at 300 ℃, the crystal diameters reached about 100 nm when sintered at 800 ℃. The morphogy study showed that the rutile crystals prepared were simplex.
