摘 要: 針對(duì)冶金機(jī)電系統(tǒng)存在復(fù)雜耦合關(guān)系的特點(diǎn), 引用分形幾何中的概念將機(jī)電系統(tǒng)分解為易于描述和求解的簡(jiǎn)單子系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)模式識(shí)別理論識(shí)別系統(tǒng)最有希望的可能解空間, 運(yùn)用多目標(biāo)決策方法對(duì)系統(tǒng)分形解進(jìn)行合成,提出采用分解-并行-合成的設(shè)計(jì)策略和建立綜合科學(xué)理論、經(jīng)驗(yàn)知識(shí)、專家判斷力的集成設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)是機(jī)電系統(tǒng)解耦設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵。

Abstract:Aimed at the characteristic of metallurgical mechanical-electrical system which existed complex coupling problem, the authors quoted the conception of fractal to resolve mechanical-electrical system into simple subsystems, which are easy to be described and to be solved, then identified the most expectant probable solving space in the light of the model identification theory and applied the mutiple-target decision method to compose the system fractal solving. At last it was put forward that adopting the design strategy of resolving-parallel-composing and building up the integrated design system that synthesized the science theory, the experience knowledge and the expert judgment, are the key to decoupling design in mechanical-electrical system.
