摘 要: 討論了溫度和晶種粒度對(duì)鋁酸鈉溶液分解過程中晶體生長的影響,認(rèn)為添加的晶種粒度對(duì)分解速率有很大的影響;晶種的粒度大時(shí)其 比表面積小, 分解速度慢; 晶種粒度小時(shí)其比表面積大, 分解速度快。 根據(jù)Misra提出的動(dòng)力學(xué)方程求出了該分解條件下的活化能,并將晶種瞬時(shí)質(zhì)量因子引入動(dòng)力學(xué)方程,求 得的不同溫度下分解速率常數(shù)能較好地符合阿侖尼烏斯公式。在分解過程中晶種的瞬時(shí)比表面積變化很小,可以忽略瞬時(shí)比表面積變化的影響。

Abstract:The effects of temperature and seed size on crystal growth were discussed during the precipitation of sodium aluminate. It was discovered that the seed size has a significant effect on the precipitation speed. While seed size is large and its specific surface area is small, the precipitation speed is slow; while seed size is small and its specific surface area is large, the precipitation speed is fast. The activity energy was obtained according to the dynamics equation advanced by Misra. By considering the change of seed in the process of precipitation, the precipitation speed constant k was got and it can conform to the Arrhenius formula better.
