摘 要: 應(yīng)用差熱分析(DTA)技術(shù)研究了Cr2O3、 La2O3、 CeO2、 V2O5、 Si3N4、 SiC、 CaF2、 MOx對MgO-B2O3-SiO2渣中含硼組分析晶活化能的影響。結(jié)果表明, Cr2O3、CeO2、 CaF2、 SiC、 MOx作為晶核劑加入后, 可降低析晶活化能,有利于含硼組分以結(jié)晶相析出, 是有效的晶核劑; La2O3和V2O5對析晶活化能沒有影響;V2O5則增強玻璃網(wǎng)絡(luò)穩(wěn)定性, 提高析晶活化能。 所以La2O3、V2O5和Si3N4作為晶核劑是無效的.

Abstract:The crystallization kinetics of the boron component bearing MgO-B2O3-SiO2 slag with Cr2O3 , La2O3, CeO2, V2O5, Si3N4, SiC, CaF2, MOx as nucleation agents were studied using differential thermal analysis(DTA). The results showed that Cr2O3, CeO2, SiC, CaF2, MOx decrease the activation energy of crystallization, that make the crystalline phase precipitate easily. However, the activation energy of crystallization is increased by addition of Si3N4, the effect of La2O3 and V2O5 on the activation energy of crystallization is little.
