摘 要: 研究了滲鋁、 Co-30Cr-6Al-0.5Y(質(zhì)量分數(shù), %)和反應(yīng)濺射Al2O3及Ti-50Al-10Cr(摩爾分數(shù),%)涂層對TiAl金屬間化合物在900和1000℃的循環(huán)氧化性能的影響。 結(jié)果表明:幾種涂層均不同程 度地提高了TiAl的抗循環(huán)氧化性能, 其中TiAlCr涂層表現(xiàn)出最好的效果。 滲鋁涂層內(nèi)出現(xiàn) 大 量貫穿性裂紋;CoCrAlY涂層和基體之間存在嚴重的互擴散,形成的孔洞已連成了較大的裂紋, 且涂層內(nèi)出現(xiàn)裂紋; Al2O3膜易開裂剝落, 提高TiAl 的抗循環(huán)氧化性能十分有限;而TiAlCr涂層表現(xiàn)出好的涂層-基材相容性, 循環(huán)氧化后涂層內(nèi)沒有出現(xiàn)裂紋,涂層-基材結(jié)合致密。

Abstract:Effect of aluminide , CoCrAlY, Al2O3 and TiAlCr coatings on cyclic oxidation resistance of TiAl intermetallics was investigated. The results showed that these coatings are very effective in improving the cyclic oxidation resistance of TiAl, and the TiAlCr coating exhibited the best positive effect . Many cracks appeared in the aluminide coating because of the brittleness of TiAl3. Severe interdiffusion between CoCrAlY coating and TiAl may result in poor adherence between CoCrAlY coating and TiAl . Reactively-sputtered Al2O3 film has little effect in improving the cyclic oxidation resistance of TiAl due to the brittleness of Al2O3 film. The TiAlCr coating exhibited an excellent compatability to TiAl , no obvious interdiffusion existed between the coating and the substrate, and no cracks and voids appeared in the coatings and the coating-substrate interface.
