摘 要: 根據(jù)多晶金屬板材塑性變形的晶體學(xué)理論, 由材 料織構(gòu)定量分析(ODF)方法, 計(jì)算了金屬板材的沖壓制耳高度分布。考慮到單晶滑移變形 及屈服條件計(jì)算出了板坯的徑向應(yīng)變周邊分布, 然后用取向分布函數(shù)(ODF)給予加權(quán)平均計(jì)算多晶金屬板材的徑向應(yīng)變,進(jìn)而計(jì)算板坯周邊的平均應(yīng)變及制耳高度。 對(duì)鋁合金板材理論預(yù)測(cè)的結(jié)果表明制耳位置(45°制耳), 制耳個(gè)數(shù)(4個(gè)制耳)與制耳率( e =4.29)與實(shí)測(cè)的結(jié)果相吻合.

Abstract:Earing in the cup drawing of sheet metals was calculated quantitatively by using a crystallographical theory of plastic deformation with measured texture data. The results showed that earing in the drawn cup can be predicted satisfactorily by the present method for a wide range of materials.
