摘 要: 從固體顆粒加速期間清水與固體顆粒的速度變化、動(dòng)量傳遞、相關(guān)質(zhì)量等基本問題分析入手,研究了沉降性漿體在水平管道內(nèi)流動(dòng)時(shí)其固體顆粒在3種流動(dòng)狀態(tài)下的水力坡度,提出了沉降性漿體在水平管道內(nèi)流動(dòng)的機(jī)理模型,進(jìn)而用該模型對(duì)一些輸送條件下的沉降性漿體的水力坡度進(jìn)行了計(jì)算。對(duì)實(shí)際問題的理論計(jì)算結(jié)果與實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果的對(duì)比分析表明,該模型能比較精確地預(yù)計(jì)上述幾種流動(dòng)狀態(tài)下水平管道內(nèi)沉降性漿體的水力坡度。

Abstract:The hydraulic gradients of settling slurry flow transported in three kinds of moving states, i. e. suspension, saltation, or partial ly suspension were investigated, based on analyzing the changes of solid particles and water in momentum, velocity and their mass related to mome ntum exchanging over the acceleration period of the solid particles. Then a new mechanism model was proposed about the hydraulic gradient of settling slurry flow in horizontal pipe and a number of hydraulic gradients of settling slurry flow were calculated, the results of the hydraulic gradient and the analyses about the comparison between the calculated and the experimental results enunciated that the hydraulic gradient of settling slurry flow flowing in these states mentioned above can be accurately expected in the new model.
