摘 要: 采用SEM,XRD,DTA,XPS等手段,測定了高純WS2微粉的密度、組成與價態(tài)、結(jié)構(gòu)、摩擦磨損性能等物理性質(zhì),研究了高純WS2微粉分別在空氣、氫氣和氮氣中的熱穩(wěn)定性。實驗結(jié)果表明:WS2的平均密度為(7.72±0.02)×103 kg/m3;S/W比值約為2.1,S為-2價,W為+4價;WS2微粉晶體為2H結(jié)構(gòu);WS2在空氣中的熱穩(wěn)定性隨著制備溫度的升高而變好,450 ℃下制備的WS2起始氧化溫度為246℃, 1400℃下制備的WS2起始氧化溫度為570℃;1300℃下制備的WS2在氫氣中的還原反應(yīng)起始溫度為660 ℃;在密閉氮氣中的最高熱穩(wěn)定溫度為1500℃。

Abstract:The physical properties of high purity tungsten disulfide micro powder, including its density, composition, valence, crystal structure, friction and wear properties, were investigated by DTA, XRD, SEM and XPS. The thermal stability of high purity tungsten disulfide in air, hydrogen and nitrogen was also studied. The results showed that the average density of WS2 micro powder is (7.72±0.02)×103 kg/m3, the ratio of S/W is 2.1; the valence of S is -2, W is +4 ; the crystal structure of WS2 micro powder is 2H type; the thermal stability of WS2 in open air varied with its preparing temperature, the initial oxidizing temperature of WS2 prepared at 450℃ is 246℃, while that of prepared at 1400℃ is 570℃; the initial reducing temperature of WS2 in hydrogen gas prepared at 1300℃ is 660℃, the maximu, m thermal stable temperature of that in nitrogen gas is 1500 ℃.
