摘 要: 利用自編的熱力學(xué)計(jì)算軟件對鉻鐵礦熔鹽液相氧化過程進(jìn)行了熱力學(xué)計(jì)算與分析,通過與傳統(tǒng)鉻鹽生產(chǎn)方法中的碳酸鈉高溫氧化焙燒過程的比較表明,在較低溫度下,液相氧化新過程具有很強(qiáng)的反應(yīng)趨勢、大的放熱量及極寬的反應(yīng)條件,大大優(yōu)于現(xiàn)行鉻鹽生產(chǎn)的傳統(tǒng)焙燒過程。

Abstract:Using the thermodynamic calculation software designed by the author, the thermodynamic calculation and analysis of the new process of liquid phase oxidation of chromite show that the new process holds strong reacting tendency, high exothermic quantity and wide reaction conditions at low temperature. In comparison with the conventional high-temperature roasting process for present chromate production using sodium carbonate as reaction media, the process of liquid phase oxidation of chromite in the molten salt of sodium hydroxide is much more advantageous.
