摘 要: 水力旋流器可用于脫除水體中的漂浮油和分散油，在環(huán)境工程中適用于小批量和船舶等特殊場合含油廢水的處理。采用d50 mm旋流器對含油廢水進(jìn)行了油水分離實驗研究，分別討論了角錐比、工作壓力、含油類型和水溫等參數(shù)對脫油效率的影響，并用旋流器中離心力場的“聚并上浮”和紊流場的“碎裂彌散 ”觀點合理地解釋了試驗規(guī)律。實驗結(jié)果表明：用d50 mm旋流器，當(dāng)溢流口直徑8 mm，底流口直徑11 mm， 工作壓力0.28 MPa，水溫15 ℃，處理鍋爐廠質(zhì)量濃度為1 025 mg/L的含機油廢水時得到的底流，含油質(zhì)量濃度為82 mg/L，溢流產(chǎn)率23.35％，脫油率93.89％。

Abstract:The hydrocyclone can be used for separating float-oil and disperse-oil in water, and is suitable for the treatment of oil-containing wastewater of small amount in environment engineering. Based on experiment, the effects of apex/vortex ratio, work pressure, oil-containing type and water temperature on the efficiency of separating oil have been discussed, and experiment rules were explained by disintegrate-disperse and mass-rise theory. The oil-containing wastewater of 1 025 mg/L consistence was treated using a d50 mm hydrocyclone with overflow diameter 8 mm, underflow diameter 11 mm at work pressure 0.28 MPa, water temperature 15 ℃, obtained results were underflow oil-containing consistence 82 mg/L, overflow yield ratio 23.35%, oil separation ratio 93.89%.
