摘 要: 在n NaF·AlF3-KCl-NaCl熔鹽體系中, 用液體Al還原Sc2O3成功制取了Al-Sc中間合金。 最佳工藝條件為:Sc2O3加入量約2%, 溫度1093K左右, 反應(yīng)時間2 h。 合金中Sc含量最高為1%, 金屬收得率接近80%。 此工藝操作簡單, 反應(yīng)溫度低, 同時避免了金屬的燒損, 可大大降低合金生產(chǎn)成本。 實驗結(jié)果及熱力學(xué)分析表明, 在冰晶石熔體中, Al還原Sc2O3的過程并非是簡單的一步還原過程, 而是由復(fù)雜的多步反應(yīng)(如絡(luò)合等)構(gòu)成的。

ALUMINOTHERMY IN nNaF·AlF3 MOLTEN SALT

Abstract:Sc2O3 was melted in n NaF·AlF3-KCl-NaCl molten salt and liquid Al was used as the reductant to prepare Al-Sc master alloy. The optimum conditions were:the addition of Sc2O3 was 1%~2% of the molten salt, the temperature about 1093K and the reaction time 2 hours. The Sc content in the alloy reached 1% and the recovery rate of the metal approached 80%. This process has characteristics of simple operation, low reaction temperature,no burnt-loss and low production cost. The experimental results and thermodynamic analysis showed the process of Sc2O3 reduction by Al is not a simply one-step reduction, but a complex multiple step reaction.
