摘 要: 研究了濺射TiAlCr涂層對TiAl金屬間化合物抗硫酸鹽熱腐蝕性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,850℃時,90%Na2SO4+10%K2SO4中Ti50Al和Ti-24Al-14Nb-3V都遭受嚴重熱腐蝕。TiAlCr涂層能大大改善TiAl金屬間化合物的抗熱腐蝕性能。帶Ti50Al10Cr涂層的Ti50Al表面形成一層完整致密的Al2O3膜,涂層與基材之間無明顯互擴散。帶Ti50Al10Cr涂層的Ti-24Al-14Nb-3V表面雖然也形成Al2O3膜,但在其上面長出一些TiO2瘤。這可能是涂層與基材之間的互擴散導致涂層中Ti含量增加,Al含量減少而生成TiO2的結(jié)果。將涂層成分調(diào)整為Ti50Al20Cr后,帶Ti50Al20Cr涂層的Ti-24Al-14Nb-3V表面生成了連續(xù)的Al2O3膜,其抗熱腐蝕性能良好。

Abstract:The effects of sputtered TiAlCr coatings on hot corrosion resistance of TiAl intermetallics was investigated in molten sulphate at 850℃. Both TiAl and Ti-24Al-14Nb-3V suffered severe hot corrosion. The TiAlCr coatings remarkably improved the hot corrosion resistance due to the formation of protective Al2O3 scale. A uniform Al2O3 scale formed on the surface of Ti50Al with Ti50Al10Cr coating and there was no obvious interdiffusion between Ti50Al and Ti50Al10Cr coating. The interdiffusion between TiAlCr coatings and substrate led to a great deal of TiO2 appearing on the Ti50Al10Cr coating.
