摘 要: 經(jīng)過(guò)急冷處理的Cu-(5~25)Ni-(16~28)Ti-B釬料的組織比未經(jīng)急冷處理的釬料更加均勻,有利于提高Si3N4/Si3N4接頭的強(qiáng)度。當(dāng)選用的釬料層厚度為40 μm和80 μm時(shí),接頭的三點(diǎn)彎曲強(qiáng)度值分別達(dá)到402 MPa和380MPa。分析了接頭中元素Cu,Ni,Ti的面分布。釬料層厚度大小影響接頭的強(qiáng)度,對(duì)其原因進(jìn)行了探討。

Abstract:The rapidly-solidification treatment makes the microstructure of the Cu-(5~25)Ni-(16~28)Ti-B brazing filler metal more homogeneous. When using the brazing foils with suitable thicknesses of 40μm and 80μm, the three-point bend strength of the joints shows the high value of 402MPa and 380MPa respectively. The element area distribution of Cu, Ni and Ti of the joint was examined. The joint strength varies with the thickness change of the brazing foils, and the causes were studied.
