摘 要: 研制成功率超聲鑄造設(shè)備和附屬裝置,研究了全過程超聲處理和結(jié)晶前超聲處理對Al-Si共晶和過共晶合金鑄造組織和性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:適宜的超聲參數(shù)對初晶Si和共晶Si組織具有雙重細化作用,使Si破碎變成顆粒狀,合金的機械強度和塑性明顯提高。認為超聲細化合金組織存在閾值聲壓,對功率超聲細化合金組織的機理進行了理論上的分析和探討。

Abstract:The casting device of ultrasonic vibration was designed. The effect of high-intensity ultrasonic on the structures and properties of the eutectic and hypereutectic Al-Si alloys was studied. It is shown that appropriate ultrasonic parameters can fine both the primary Si and the eutectic Si, Si phase is broken off into globular thus raising the strength and plasticity of the alloys remarkably. The mechanisms of ultrasonic action were investigated experimentally and approached theoretically, on the basis of which it is concluded that there exists an ultrasonic intensity threshold in fining the alloy structures.
