摘 要: 證明了真空熱處理過(guò)程對(duì)用熔鑄法重力澆注制備的優(yōu)質(zhì)石墨-鋁硅復(fù)合材料的性能有較好影響。通過(guò)與石墨包覆銅法和簡(jiǎn)單可靠的機(jī)械合金化法相比較,證明經(jīng)真空熱處理過(guò)程制備的上述材料的高溫強(qiáng)度達(dá)到150 MPa以上,力學(xué)性能、物理性能也較好,是制取優(yōu)質(zhì)石墨-鋁硅復(fù)合材料必需可靠的手段,該法還具有 工藝簡(jiǎn)單可靠、成本低廉。

Abstract: It has been proved that vacuum heat treatment can benifit the properties of high quality graphite-aluminium-silicon material through gravitational cast. Compared the copper plating graphite and ordinary MA method with the process of vacuum heat treatment in gravitational cast, the vacuum heat treatment is essential to produce the high quality graphite-aluminium-silicon material. The high temperature strength of the samples is over 150 MPa, the mechanical and thermal properties are also improved, the technique is simple and the cost is low.
