摘 要: 測定了Cu-12.2Al-4.0Mn形狀記憶合金的塑性圖,研究了微量元素Ni,Co和B對合金的顯微組織和加工性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:1)試驗合金在700℃~800 ℃高溫β 相狀態(tài)下具有非常好的塑性加工性能,而在室溫則呈脆性斷裂;2)試驗合金中加入少量的(Ni+B+Co),可以細(xì)化合金的晶粒,提高合金的冷加工性能;3)采用有利發(fā)揮合金塑性的加工方法,則能提高該合金的冷加工性能。

Abstract: A plastic graph was surveyed and the effect of trace elements such as Ni, B and Co on microstructures and working properties of Cu -12.2Al-4.0Mn shape memory alloy was studied. The test results are as follows: 1)The alloy possesses excellent plastic working properties in β phase state at 700~800 ℃, but it occurs brittle breakdown at room temperature; 2 ) Grain was refined and cold workability increased with adding trace elements such as (Ni+B+Co) into the alloy; 3) When the process of favorable heightening technical plasticity of alloy is selected, the cold working performance of the alloy will be enhanced.
