摘 要: 反向凝固復合技術是生產(chǎn)雙金屬復合材料的一種新方法,具有高效、低耗、短流程特點。以包銅鋼線為研究對象,介紹了反向凝固復合工藝特點,系統(tǒng)地研究了各工藝參數(shù)對包復比的影響,并對實驗結果作了理論分析。

Abstract: Inversion casting technology is a new way for making cladding materials which have characteristics of high efficiency, low consumption and short technological process. Based on the production of copper clad steel wire, the characteristic of inversion casting is introduced, and the rule of parameter influencing cladding specific value systematically value studied. The experimental results are theoretically analyzed.
