摘 要:    采用單輥快淬工藝制備了一種低釹含量Nd9(FeCoZrAl)85B6納米晶合金,研究了快淬工藝與熱處理工藝對(duì)該合金納米晶的形成及磁性的影響。結(jié)果表明快淬速度和熱處理溫度都明顯地影響低釹含量Nd9(FeCoZrAl)85B6納米晶的形成及其磁性(內(nèi)稟矯頑力jHc,矯頑力bHc,剩磁Br和最大磁能積 (BH)m)。快淬速度23m/s制備的非晶態(tài)合金,在685℃處理30min,可獲得最佳的磁性,其粘結(jié)磁體的密度為6.01g/cm3時(shí),Br=655mT,jHc=639.2 kA/m, bHc=381.6 kA/m, (BH)m=65.68kJ/m3

Abstract:A Nd9(FeCoZrAl)85B6 nano-structured alloy has been prepared by melt spinning onto a copper roll, and the effect of the circumferential speed and the heat treatment process on its crystallizing and magnetic properties has been studied. The results showed that the speed and the heat treatment process influence obviously the crystallizing of Nd2Fe14B and α-Fe phase, the grain size and the magnetic properties of the alloy. Firstly, the magnetic properties increase with increasing the rapidly quenching speed, and then decrease. When the heat treatment temperature is raised, the magnetic properties increase, but the magnetic properties decrease with continuing to raise heat treatment temperature.The reasons are that the difference of the cr ystallizing and the grain size of Nd2Fe14B phase α-Fe results in the difference of the magnetic coupling effect between the Nd2Fe14B grains and the Nd2Fe14B grain and α-Fe grain. Thus, the nano-crystalline alloy has different magnetic properties. The alloy possesses optimum magnetic properties, and the magnetic properties of its epoxy resin bonded magnet are Br= 655 mT, jH c=639.2kA/m, bHc=381.6kA/m, (BH)m=65.68 kJ/m3.
