摘 要: 研究了添加微量鈧對具有全層片組織和雙態(tài)組織的TiAl基合金在900℃的高溫力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,微量Sc可以顯著提高TiAl基合金的高溫屈服強(qiáng)度及抗壓強(qiáng)度。使用金相顯微鏡和透射電子顯微鏡詳細(xì)地分析了試樣高溫壓縮變形前后的顯微組織及其變化,在此基礎(chǔ)上探討了合金高溫下的塑性變形行為及其微 合金化強(qiáng)化機(jī)理。

Abstract:Effect of minor Sc addition on the microstructure and high temperature mechanical properties of Ti-43Al and Ti-48Al alloys was investigated. It was shown that addition of 0.4%Sc may remarkably increase the high temperature strength of the alloys at 900℃. The microstructure of the samples both before and after compression test at 900℃ were analyzed with OM and TEM in details. Plastic deformation behaviour and strengthening mechainsm of the studied alloys at high temperature were discussed.
