摘 要: 對(duì)快速凝固Cu-0.6Cr-0.15Zr-0.05Mg合金伴隨時(shí)效析出的再結(jié)晶過程進(jìn)行了觀察和研究。發(fā)現(xiàn)該合金在形變后的時(shí)效過程中，析出相非常細(xì)小、彌散，阻礙了再結(jié)晶的進(jìn)行，出現(xiàn)了原位再結(jié)晶與不連續(xù)再結(jié)晶同時(shí)發(fā)生的現(xiàn)象。在再結(jié)晶的形核和長(zhǎng)大過程中，析出相在晶界前沿快速粗化或重新溶解，并在再結(jié)晶區(qū)域中重新析出，導(dǎo)致更加彌散的析出相分布。

Abstract:The recrystallization process during aging for a rapidly so lidified Cu-Cr-Zr-Mg alloy was investigated. It was found that the discontinuous recrystallization process has been partially retarded by the ultra-fine and dispersed precipitation during aging after deformation. Thus, a phenominon of simultaneous in situ and discontinuous recrystallizations has been observed in the rapidly solidified Cu-Cr-Zr-Mg alloy. On the formation and growth forecrysta llization, the precipitated phases are coarsened and dissolved in the front of g rain boundaries following a re-precipitation in the recrystallization area, whi ch results in the much more dispersed precipitation of the phases.
