摘 要: 利用自蔓延高溫燃燒合成結(jié)合準(zhǔn)熱等靜壓技術(shù)(SHS/PHIP)成功地制備了高致密度的TiC-24Ni-6Mo金屬陶瓷(TN30)。 金屬陶瓷主要由球形TiC顆粒和近乎網(wǎng)狀的Ni粘結(jié)相組成。 TiC顆粒與粘結(jié)相界面結(jié)合良好, 部分粘結(jié)相中殘留有微量的游離碳。 TN30的抗彎強度和抗壓強度分別達(dá)到910MPa和3.04GPa。

Abstract:Densified TiC-24Ni-6Mo cermet was prepared by self-propagating high temperature synthesis and pseudo-hot isostatic pressing(SHS£¯PHIP). The cermet mainly consists of spheroidal TiC particles and quasi-continuous Ni-binder phase. Interfacial bonding between TiC and Ni is found to be of a good quality. Residual C exists in Niª²binder phase. Transverse rupture strength and compressive strength are approximately 910MPa and 3.04GPa, respectively.
