摘 要: 根據(jù)合金的力學(xué)和電學(xué)性能, 利用XRD,TEM和SEM技術(shù)研究了Cu-5Ni-4S n-3Al合金的時(shí)效強(qiáng)化。結(jié)果表明: 350℃下時(shí)效時(shí), 力學(xué)性能增加; 邊帶分析有邊帶效應(yīng), 且隨時(shí)效時(shí)間的增加調(diào)幅波長增加。電鏡下觀察到調(diào)幅結(jié)構(gòu), 說明該合金是調(diào)幅分解強(qiáng)化的合金。同時(shí), 鋁的加入沒有改變合金的相結(jié)構(gòu), 但是, 對合金的強(qiáng)化起著重要作用。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果還表明,合金在時(shí)效過程中, 調(diào)幅分解的同時(shí)還形成DO22(TiAl3)型結(jié)構(gòu)的Ni3Sn化合物相。

Abstract:By means of measurement of mechanical and electrical properties, XRD, TEM and SEM, the stress aging of Cu-5Ni-4Sn-3 Al alloy was studied.The experimental results showed that the mechanical properties increase with the aging time increasing at 350 ℃. X-ray diffraction and TEM observed sidebands and modulated structure in aged alloy, therefore, spinodal decomposition occurred in the Cu-5Ni-4Sn-3 l alloy; the addition of aluminium has no effect on the structure of the alloy, but the effect of aluminium on the mechanical properties of the alloy is great. When spinodal decomposition occurred, DO22(TiAl3) type Ni3Sn compound phase in the alloy was formed.
