摘 要: 用透射電子顯微鏡研究了Al-2.6%Li-3.5%Cu-0.2%Zr-0.5%Ce合金時(shí)效過(guò)程中形成的層錯(cuò)調(diào)制結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明隨時(shí)效時(shí)間延長(zhǎng), 層錯(cuò)調(diào)制結(jié)構(gòu)密度增大;層錯(cuò)調(diào)制結(jié)構(gòu)的出現(xiàn)與T1相的形成密切相關(guān),而與δ' 相沒(méi)有關(guān)系。

Abstract:A stacking fault modulated structure (SMS) formed in Al-2.6%Li-3.5%Cu-0.2%Zr-0.5%Ce alloy during aging was investigated with transmission electron microscope. It was concluded that the density of the SMS is increased with aged time prolonged, the SMS has given rise to formation of T1 phase and there is no relationship between the SMS and δ' phase.
