摘 要: 建立了更加符合筒形件實(shí)際強(qiáng)旋過程的有限元模型,對(duì)筒形件反旋過程進(jìn)行了三維剛塑性有限元數(shù)值模擬。獲得了筒形件反旋變形時(shí)的應(yīng)力和應(yīng)變速率分布,解釋了反旋時(shí)的脹徑、縮徑及母線偏轉(zhuǎn)和隆起等問題,求得了反旋過程 中旋壓力的變化,其結(jié)果與實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果吻合較好。

Abstract:A finite element model which fits well with the nature process of tube spinning was built and the process of backward tube spinning was simulated by 3D rigid-plastic FEM. The distributions of stress and strain rate have been obtained. The results can well interpret the radial expansion and radial contraction, deflection of the generatrices and upheaval, etc. The varying of the working force in backward tube spinning is given, it agrees with the experimental result well .
