摘 要: 采用SHS/PHIP工藝制備了致密的TiC-Al2O3-Fe復合材料。研究了Fe含量對燃燒溫度、燃燒波速度、合成產(chǎn)物密實度及力學性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,燃燒波速度在一定Fe含量范圍內(nèi)出現(xiàn)一近似平臺;密實度隨Fe含量變化而變化,在Fe含量為10%時,產(chǎn)物的密實度最高,為99.4%;隨著Fe含量的增加產(chǎn)物的抗彎強度不斷提高,F(xiàn)e含量為10%和30%時,抗彎強度分別為740 MPa和970 M Pa。

Abstract:The influence of Fe content on combustion temperature, combustion velocity, density and mechanical properties of TiC-Al2O3-xFe composites fabricated by SHS/PHIP was studied. The results show that the combustion velocity has an approximate plateau, when the content of Fe is between 20%~30%; the densities of products vary with content of Fe and reach up to the highest( i.e. 99.4%), when the content of Fe is 10%; the transverse rupture is increased with Fe content, e.g. when Fe contents are 10% and 30% the transverse rupture are 740 MPa and 970 MPa, respectively.
