摘 要: 采用噴射成形工藝制備了Cu-Cr-Zr-Mg合金,對合金進行了形變熱處理,并對熱處理后材料的維氏硬度、拉伸斷裂行為和室溫導(dǎo)電率進行了研究。結(jié)果表明,噴射成形合金經(jīng)形變熱處理后其強度和導(dǎo)電性的綜合性能良好。

Abstract:A Cu-Cr-Zr-Mg alloy was prepared with spray forming technology. The microstructure was observed and the microhardness, tensile strength and electrical conductivity of alloy after thermal mechanical processing were tested at ambient temperature. The results show that the good combination of high strength and high electrical conductivity can be achieved via spray forming and subsequent thermal mechanical treatments.
