組織和性能的影響

摘 要: 采用噴射成形技術(shù)制備了不同成分的Al98-3xCu2xFexNi1Ce0.5Zr0.5(摩爾分?jǐn)?shù),%)合金快速凝固材料。重點(diǎn)研究了Cu, Fe元素含量對合金微觀組織、力學(xué)性能以及斷裂機(jī)制的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,x <2時(shí),可有效避免粗大的Al7Cu2Fe平衡相形成;x=1.5時(shí),合金具有較好的綜合力學(xué)性能, 合金的抗拉強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度、延伸率和彈性模量分別可達(dá)643 MPa,558.4 MPa,8.4%和80.4 GPa。

Abstract:Al98-3xCu2xFexNi1Ce0.5Zr0.5 alloys have been prepared by means of spray forming technique and the influence of the content of Cu and Fe on the micro structures, mechanical properties and fracture mechanism has been investigated. Observation results showed that the Al7Cu2Fe phase can be avoided by keeping x<2 for spray formed Al98-3xCu2xFexNi1Ce0.5Zr0.5 alloys; the x=1.5 alloy possesses the better mechanical properties with ultimate strength of 643 MPa, yield strength of 558.4 MPa, elongation of 8.4% and elastic modulus of 80.4 GPa.
