摘 要: 研究開發(fā)了一種噴射成形金屬基復(fù)合材料制備新技術(shù)——熔鑄-原位反應(yīng)噴射成形技術(shù)。該技術(shù)的突出優(yōu)點是:解決了顆粒損失和顆粒在合金基體中分布不均勻的問題;合金的熔煉、顆粒的生成以及噴射成形金屬基復(fù)合材料的制備同步進行,明顯縮短了復(fù)合材料的制備工藝流程,降低了材料的制備成本。利用該技術(shù)制備了3%TiC/Al復(fù)合材料。研究表明,TiC顆粒在鋁基體中分布均勻,制備的3%TiC/ Al復(fù)合材料組織致密。

Abstract:A new technique for manufacturing metal matrix composites by melt in-situ reaction spray forming processing was introduced. The outstanding advantage of the technique is that the melting of alloys, the formation of the reinforcing particulates and the preparation of metal matrix composites take place in one step, which indicates that this will be a simple and cost effective technique for the manufacture of metal matrix composites. A 3%TiC/Al composite with TiC particulates homogeneously distributed in the aluminum matrix was produced by this technique.
