摘 要: 研究了噴射沉積成形Al-Pb合金的顯微組織及耐磨性能,并與鑄態(tài)Al-Pb合金進行了對比。同時還研究了噴射沉積成形Al-Al(Pb)復合板的組織及回復再結晶行為。研究表明:噴射沉積成形Al-Pb合金,顯微組織為均勻細小的等軸α基體上彌散分布著均勻細小的Pb 顆粒。與鑄態(tài)Al-Pb合金相比,噴射沉積成形Al-Pb合金具有更細的晶粒度和更好的耐磨性能。彌散均勻分布的細小Pb顆粒對提高合金的耐磨性能具有很大的幫助。噴射沉積成形Al-Al(Pb)復合板經20%軋制后其回復再結晶溫度明顯高于普通的Al合金。

Abstract:Microstructures and wear resistance of spray formed Al-Pb alloys were studied and compared with those of conventional cast Al-Pb alloy. The microstructure, recovery and recrystallization behavior of spray formed Al-Al(Pb) composite plates were also studied. The results showed that spray deposited billet exhibited microstructure of fine Pb particles homogeneously distributed on the fine equiaxial α matrix. Compared with conventional cast Al-Pb alloy, spray formed Al-Pb alloys have finer grain sizes and better wear resistance. The homogeneously distributed fine Pb particles have a great contribution to the improvement of the wear resistance of the alloys. The spray deposited Al-Al(Pb) composite plates with a "band" structure have much higher recrystallization temperature compared with those of conventional Al alloys after 20% rolling deformation.
