摘 要: 利用氮?dú)忪F化噴射沉積技術(shù)成功地獲得了宇航用變形鎳基高溫合金柱形坯。沉積坯整體致密、含氣量低、成分均勻、組織細(xì)化。研究了溫度和應(yīng)變速率對沉積材料的高溫變形抗力、工藝塑性的影響以及熱加工和經(jīng)5種不同熱處理后材料的顯微組織特征。材料的最終力學(xué)性能達(dá)到或超過同成分的鑄鍛材料的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。

Abstract:A Ni-base superalloy columnar preform were produced through nitrogen spray atomization and deposition. The deposited material exhibits high density, low gas content, homogenous composition and fine structure. The high temperature deformation characteristics and microstructures after several heat treatments were studied. The results showed that the mechanical properties of the spray formed materials are better than those of the cast & wrought materials of similar chemical compositions.
