摘 要: 用機械合金化方法由元素粉末制備了Al1-xWx(x=0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 0.9)合金。用X射線衍射法對球磨后的粉末進行了分析, 并用掃描電鏡和透射電鏡觀察了形貌并研究了晶相結構。結果表明, 球磨后Al在W中的固溶度大大擴展, 但球磨到250 h該系統(tǒng)仍未形成非晶; Al0.5W0.5粉末經250 h球磨后出現(xiàn)一結構為體心四方的新相。 熱力學計算表明該系統(tǒng)不能形成非晶。

Abstract:Binary alloy Al1-xWx(x =0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 0.9) was obtained by mechanical alloying. The structure of as-milled powders was studied by XRD. The morphology was observed and crystalline structure of as-milled powders was studied by SEM and TEM. The results indicated that solubility of Al in W is greatly extended after milled, however, the as-milled powders do not amorphize after 250 h milling, and a new body-central-tetragon structure phase is founded in as-milled Al0.5W0.5 samples after 250 h milling. The results of thermodynamic theoretical indicated that the Al-W system can not amorphize by mechanical alloying.
