摘 要: 為采用較合適的工藝條件獲得滿足一定力學(xué)性能的泡沫鎳產(chǎn)品，以有機(jī)泡沫電沉積法為基礎(chǔ)，探討了幾種具體工藝條件對所得產(chǎn)品抗拉強(qiáng)度的影響。結(jié)果表明，在氨分解氣氛中980 ℃為時40 min的燒結(jié)之前，預(yù)加一個600 ℃為時4 min的空氣燒解以及將燒結(jié)溫度降低到850 ℃，對最終產(chǎn)品的抗拉強(qiáng)度基本沒有影響。保持上述工藝條件不變，導(dǎo)電化處理時涂覆約1μm厚的石墨基導(dǎo)電膠或化學(xué)鍍約3μm的鎳層（含P量約5% ），所得產(chǎn)品的抗拉強(qiáng)度也基本相同。

Abstract:Effect of different technology conditions on tensile strength of the nickel foam produced by electrodeposition on the organic foam has been investigated, and it was found that the tensile strength was hardly influenced by burning in air at 600 ℃ for 4 min before hand, and lowering the sintering temperature to 850 ℃, then sintering in NH3 decomposition atmosphere at 980 ℃ for 40 min; and besides above yet done whether by coating a graphite-base conductive colloid layer about 1μm thick or by chemically plating a Ni-P alloy (about 5%P) layer about 3 μm thick.
