摘 要: 通過X射線衍射儀、透射電鏡、掃描電鏡分析了Cu-15Ni-8Sn三元合金的機械合金化過程中晶粒尺寸、形貌和微結(jié)構(gòu)變化，以及相的演變。隨著球磨時間的增加，α-Cu晶粒尺寸減少，點陣參數(shù)與應(yīng)變量增大。球磨過程中粉末顆粒形貌變化過程與二元系合金相似。發(fā)現(xiàn)了球磨3 h有η-Cu6Sn5亞穩(wěn)相出現(xiàn)，隨后該相無序化，最終形成了納米晶超飽和Cu(Ni,Sn)固溶體。

Abstract:The changes in grain size, morphology and microstrcture, as well as the phase evolution of Cu-15Ni-8Sn (%) element powder during mechanical alloying were investigated by XRD, TEM and SEM. The grain size decreases, but the lattice parameter and the strain increase with the ball milling time increasing. The evolution of the powder particle morphology is similar to that of binary alloys during mechanical alloying. It was also found that a η-Cu6Sn5 phase appeared after milling for about 3 h, then it was disorder. Finally, a nanocrystalline supersaturated Cu(Ni, Sn)solid solution was formed.
