摘 要: 以磷酸, 磷酸鹽, SiC, SiO2,B4C和含硼化合物等為原料研制了以硅、硼化合物為主的多組分陶瓷混合物涂料。采用該涂料以刷涂的方式制備的C/C復(fù)合材料復(fù)合涂層具有顯著的防氧化效果。研究表明,涂覆有涂層的C/C復(fù)合材料試樣在900 ℃氧化10 h后,其氧化損失率為10.37%;試樣在空氣中900 ℃,3 min室溫, 2 min急冷急熱,如此在10 h內(nèi)循環(huán)100次后,氧化損失率為8.41%。涂層與基體結(jié)合牢固,一直保持完好,沒有發(fā)生剝落,具有耐高溫、熱穩(wěn)定性好、耐腐蝕的優(yōu)點(diǎn),沒有燒損和大量蒸發(fā)等現(xiàn)象,說明該涂料適合作C/C復(fù)合材料航空剎車副表面防氧化涂層。

Abstract:Multilayer coatings with oxidation resistance made of ceramic mixtures of phosphate, SiC,SiO2, B4C and borate on carboncarbon composites surface were proved effectivein oxidation resistance. Fabrication techniques, microstructure and oxidation resistance of coated carboncarbon composites were studied. Results show that carboncarbon composites with multilayer coatings lose only 10.37% of mass after being oxidized in air at 1 173 K for 10 h. Oxidation mass loss rateis 8.41% after being thermally circulated in air from 1 173 K, 3 min to room temperature, 2 min and from roomtemperature, 2 min to 1 173 K, 3 min in 10 hfor 100 times, which indicates that the multilayer coatings can provide excellent oxidation resistance and thermal shock resistance and be applied to the oxidationproof of carboncarbon composites aircraft brake pairs.
