摘 要: 用等離子體增強(qiáng)電化學(xué)表面處理技術(shù)對鋁合金表面進(jìn)行陶瓷化處理，在鋁合金表面獲得陶瓷膜層。采用X射線衍射、X光電子能譜、掃描電鏡、透射電鏡等測試手段對陶瓷膜層進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明：該陶瓷膜層由γAl2O3, AlPO4和CoO等組成；通過對陶瓷膜層的表面形貌和顯微結(jié)構(gòu)觀察及分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)陶瓷膜層形成過程是一個(gè)離子運(yùn)動，表面層不斷被擊穿形成熔融區(qū)，處理體系中的電解質(zhì)不斷向熔融區(qū)運(yùn)動、成核并迅速燒結(jié)的過程；陶瓷膜層呈現(xiàn)島嶼狀；陶瓷膜層與基體之間為冶金結(jié)合。

Abstract:The ceramic coatings were developed byplasma enhanced electrochemical reaction technology. The surface ceramic coating on aluminum alloy was investigated by means of XRD, XPS, SEM and TEM. The phase structure of the ceramiccoating includes γAl2O3, AlPO4 and CoO. The forming process of the ceramiccoating includes iron movement, melting of surface layer, movement of electrolyte towards the meltingzone and the final nucleusforming and sintering. The ceramic coating looks like islands and islets. The ceramic coating and the matrix are integrated metallurgically.
