摘 要: 以NiCrWC混合粉末為原料,對TiAl合金進(jìn)行激光表面合金化處理,制得了以γNiCrAlTi鎳基固溶體為基體,以TiC,W2C及M23C6 為增強(qiáng)相的耐磨復(fù)合材料表面改性層。分析了改性層的組織,并測試了其在滑動摩擦試驗(yàn)條件下的耐磨性。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,激光表面合金化涂層具有較高的硬度及較好的耐磨性。

Abstract:γNiCrAlTi/TiCW2CM23C6 composite coatings were fabricatedon γTiAl intermetallic alloy by laser surface alloying withNiCrWC alloy powder precoatings. Microstructures of the composite coatings were investigated by OM, SEM, XRD and EDS and the wear resistance of the laser treated samples were evaluated under full dry sliding friction condition. The results show that the lasersurface alloyed composite coatings have high hardness and good wear resistance.
