摘 要: 金屬半固態(tài)成形作為21世紀(jì)一種近凈成形新技術(shù),愈來(lái)愈引起人們的廣泛關(guān)注。為了推動(dòng)該技術(shù)在我國(guó)工業(yè)中應(yīng)用,從理論研究、坯料制備、二次(重熔)加熱、成形工藝、國(guó)外應(yīng)用的最新進(jìn)展及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)等方面進(jìn)行了分析和討論,指出半固態(tài)加工技術(shù)在我國(guó)汽車、電子和軍工等領(lǐng)域潛在的應(yīng)用前景,并闡明應(yīng)采取的對(duì)策。

Abstract:Semisolid metal forming as a new nearnet shape technology in 21 century generally attracts people's attention. In order to promote its application in our country, the technology is analyzed and discussed from theoretical research, billet making, reheating, forming process, the newestdevelopment and trend of overseas application. Potential application prospect is pointed out about semisolid forming technology in automobile, electron and army industry. It is also clarified which countermeasure should be taken.
