摘 要: 針對TiAl基合金排氣門在483Q柴油發(fā)動機(jī)臺架試驗(yàn)后桿部產(chǎn)生局部磨損的情況, 進(jìn)行了TiAl基合金表面噴涂Mo和WC的摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明: TiAl基合金表面與Mo 和WC涂層間的結(jié)合方式為機(jī)械咬合; TiAl基合金表面噴涂Mo能顯著提高其耐磨性, 磨損量減少50%; 噴涂WC使硬度提高30%,但耐磨性下降, 磨損量上升30%。

Abstract:The tribological performance of plasmasprayed Mo and WC on TiAlbased alloy surface was studied to improve TiAlbased alloy's antiwear properties.Theresults show that the wear mass loss decreases by 50% through the spray of Mo. The hardness of TiAlbased alloy increases by 30% through the spray of WC, andthe wear mass loss increases by 30%.
