摘 要: 對(duì)AlSi合金在3.6～5.5 GPa高壓下凝固形成的組織與常壓凝固組織進(jìn)行了對(duì)比，對(duì)高壓下的胞枝晶轉(zhuǎn)變進(jìn)行了分析。 發(fā)現(xiàn)高壓對(duì)合金固溶度和擴(kuò)散系數(shù)的影響是引起高壓凝固組織變化的主要原因。

Abstract:The structure of AlSi alloy solidified at 3.3～5.5 GPa pressure was compared with that at normal pressure, and the mechanism of the change from cellular crystal to dendritic crystal was studied. The results show that the changes of solid solubility and diffusioncoefficient at high pressure are the main cause of structure changes.
