摘 要: 對(duì)某平整機(jī)生產(chǎn)的帶鋼表面橫振紋進(jìn)行了一系列試驗(yàn)研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)帶鋼表面振紋與系統(tǒng)的自激振動(dòng)強(qiáng)相關(guān),此種振動(dòng)源于部分流體潤(rùn)滑與粘滑兼存的輥縫界面。

Abstract:Based on experimental researches on chatter marks of steel strip of a temper mill, it was discovered that the chatter marks is closely related to self-excited vibration of the system. This kind of vibration originates from rolling interface, where partial fluid lubrication and viscous-slip coexist.
