等溫與非等溫過程中AlF3·3H2O的熱分解行為

摘 要: 在不同的等溫與非等溫條件下,對(duì)AlF3·3H2O進(jìn)行了熱重法(TG)實(shí)驗(yàn),得出不同等溫溫度時(shí)三水氟化鋁干基氟含量w(F)/%、濕基水含量w(H2O)/%與等溫時(shí)間或不同升溫速率下等溫加熱溫度的關(guān)系式。求出了不同加熱過程中氟化鋁產(chǎn)品特定品質(zhì)指標(biāo)(w(F)/%≥61.0,w(H2O) / %<0.50)下的特征操作參數(shù)及其相互關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,升溫速率越大,越有利于AlF3·3H2O的脫水,而對(duì)其水解脫氟具有相對(duì)的抑制作用;提高等溫溫度,有利于AlF3·3H2O的脫水而不利于保氟。適當(dāng)選擇不同加熱過程中的操作參數(shù)及其控制范圍,能滿足三水氟化鋁的脫水和保氟要求。

Thermal decomposition behavior of AlF3·3H2O during isothermal and non-isothermal processes

Abstract:By using TG measurement, the thermal decomposition behavior of AlF3·3H2O under isothermal and non-isothermal conditions was studied.The relationships of fluorine content in moisture-free basis, w(F), the water content in moisture basis, w(H2O), with the time elapsed under isothermal condition or with the temperature were obtained. For the aluminum fluoride quality specifications (w(F)≥61.0%, w(H2O)<0.50%), the characteristic operation parameters and the relationships between them during different heating processes were derived. The results indicated that greater heating rate is beneficial to dehydration of hydrolytic defluorination; higher degree of isothermal temperature results in more efficient dehydration and more deterrent to preservation of fluorine. Choosing optimum parameters and controlling scope properly during different heating processes, the requirement of dehydration of AlF3·3H2O and preservation of fluorine can be met.
