摘 要: 運(yùn)用同時平衡原理和質(zhì)量平衡原理對Bi3+-Cl--H2O體系進(jìn)行了熱力學(xué)分析和計(jì)算,在此基礎(chǔ)上繪制了Bi3+-Cl--H2O體系在25 ℃下的各種沉淀物的平衡濃度對數(shù)-pH圖,分析確定了各種固相沉淀物穩(wěn)定存在的pH范圍。結(jié)果表明,溶液中鉍離子和硝酸根離子的濃度及溶液的pH值是影響各固相穩(wěn)定存在的重要參數(shù)。由熱力學(xué)圖得出,可以直接從溶液中沉淀Bi2O3,要得到高純度的BiOCl必須嚴(yán)格控制溶液的pH范圍。

Abstract:The concentration balance principle and mass balance principle were applied to thermodynamical analysis and calculation of Bi3+-Cl--H2O system. The diagrams of the logarithm of equilibrium concentration of series precipitation vs pH of Bi3+-Cl--H2O system at 25℃ were drawn. The results show that c0(Bi), c0(Cl) and pH are the important factors to the stabilization zone of each solid. From thermodynamic diagrams it could be seen that Bi2O3 can be obtained from the solution directly, and if one want to get highly pure BiOCl, the pH range must be controlled strictly.
