鐵在雙相Fe-Cu合金中的內(nèi)-外氧化

摘 要: 三種Fe-Cu合金在氧分壓低于氧化銅平衡分解壓條件下的高溫氧化結(jié)果表明,合金中同時(shí)發(fā)生了活潑組元鐵的內(nèi)氧化和外氧化。外氧化膜為單一鐵的氧化物,內(nèi)氧化區(qū)中氧化鐵和金屬銅繼承了原始合金中兩相的分布。內(nèi)氧化區(qū)前沿的合金中未發(fā)現(xiàn)鐵的貧化。這種氧化膜結(jié)構(gòu)在單相合金中罕見而在雙相合金中較為普遍,被認(rèn)為是雙相合金中兩組元間有限的互溶度使得氧在合金中的過飽和程度比在固溶體合金中更強(qiáng)烈的結(jié)果。

Internal-external oxidation of iron in two-phase Fe-Cu alloys

Abstract:The high temperature oxidation of three iron-copper alloys under oxygen pressures below that of the equilibrium decomposition of copper oxides showed that the internal and external oxidation happened simultaneously for the active element iron. The scales were all composed of an external layer of pure iron oxide, the inner layer contained pure copper and iron oxide, while the distribution of the two phases in the corrosion-affected region was similar to that of the two phases in the alloy matrix. No obvious iron deletion was observed in the alloy beneath the internal oxidation region. The peculiar scale microstructure is rarely noticed in single phase alloy yet very common for two-phase alloy, which is mainly due to the limited solubility between the two components and thus causing as tronger supersaturation of oxygen in two-phase alloy than in solid-solution alloy.
