摘 要: 考察了LY12爆炸復(fù)合板不同取向的拉伸強度、分層韌性及疲勞裂紋擴展行為。觀測了疲勞長裂紋的擴展路徑形態(tài),并利用斷裂力學(xué)理論討論了材料的層狀結(jié)構(gòu)與其疲勞性能之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,層合板中的層間界面性能對其疲勞性能具有重要影響,在LY12 爆炸復(fù)合板中,垂直板面L-S取向和L-T取向的疲勞裂紋在擴展過程中都發(fā)生了明顯的止裂。

Abstract:An explosive bonded LY12 laminate plate was applied to investigate the effect of interface bonding strength on fatigue crack propagation path. The fatigue crack growth behavior was investigated under four-point bending conditions. The energy release rates of crack propagation at the interface and in the matrix were examined with double-cantilever beam (DCB) specimens. The results indicate that, the interface of laminated composites plays a significant role in fatigue crack growth. The fatigue crack propagation is arrested by the interface delamination in the ex plosive bonded LY12 laminate.
